The challenge includes an extra $40 fee, with $10 allocated for registration and $30 going directly into the winner's pot. The total amount in the pot varies based on the number of clients who register; for instance, with ten sign-ups, the pot will amount to $300. First place receives 50%, second place 30%, and third place 20% of the pot.

Initial & Weekly Weigh-Ins
Video weigh-ins will be required by 10 a.m. on Sunday, August 11, the first day of the challenge, and on September 15, the last day.
You will send all videos through the Google Form, or if you have trouble uploading, send it via Facebook Messenger to Mj Aceituno (Please add her to messenger) by 10 am
During weeks 2-5, you will submit your weigh-in via Google Form (No Video Required). Don’t forget, a video is required the last day, September 15.

Now it is time to workout
As part of the weight-loss and fitness challenge, clients must complete two Body and Soul workouts weekly. Both video recordings and live-stream workouts are acceptable. Remember to log your workouts on the form we provide each week.

How is the winner determined?
The formula for calculating your weight loss percentage is lbs lost divided by starting weight. Then, multiply the result by 100.
Are weekly weigh-ins required?
Yes. Yes, they are REQUIRED by 10 AM each Sunday NO EXCEPTIONS. No late videos will be accepted. If you have an emergency, please contact us.
Participants MUST send in all required weigh-ins to be eligible for final Prize.
Am I required to work out? And how many times per week do I work out?
All participants are required to log in for at least two workouts per week. Workouts must include Body and Soul on-site, Live Streamed, or On-Demand.
