I have made very slow progress because I am not counting calories and/or macros (this is just too much for me and does not work with my busy lifestyle).

My ultimate goal is to make this a lifestyle change and make the process as easy as possible for me. I have to tell you I have started over about 3 times since 2020, but I am not giving up.

I am determined to change my lifestyle for good. Don’t be afraid to start over. “Failures are part of life. If you don't fail, you don't learn. If you don't learn you'll never change.”
